I have been going to Shane Lyons Bodyfit Bootcamp for over 12 months starting just before COVID hit. Last year was a mixture of online and some studio work which was a good mix. At the end of 2020 we started going regularly to Tui Park for outdoor Bootcamp which I would have to say is my favorite place to exercise.

I still do a couple of studio sessions throughout the week but really look forward to getting out in the fresh air and working out with a great group of people who are encouraging and make exercising fun.

Shane is a great trainer who knows his stuff when it comes to exercise and adjusts the workout to support people with mixed levels of fitness or working with injuries or limitations. I have never been a gym person but have found the mix of cardio, boxing and strength exercises have given me a greater level of overall fitness.

If you’re sitting on the fence I would encourage you to come along and give it a try down the park. There really is something special about working out under the stars!
