Shane does a fantastic job of explaining everything and ensuring that exercise is specific to every fitness level. As a mum of 4 busy children I’ve had little time for exercise, I turned up to my first ever boot camp session completely nervous and rather anxious about my fitness weaknesses. However, I truly appreciate how comfortable Shane makes everybody feel no matter of their fitness abilities and he caters the session to suit everybody. My fitness was definitely tested! And I loved it! I now look forward to building some personal goals, boot camp has definitely got me motivated for more.

I have only done 2 sessions of boot camp with Shane but I am definitely going to sign up for the 6-week course. After just two sessions I could feel that my body and my fitness had been tested and I felt great afterwards. I can’t wait to see the results after 6 weeks and to see how I progress.
I have just completed the initial 4-week block with Shane. I have thoroughly enjoyed all the sessions as Shane varies the workouts to keep it interesting and challenging. I really like how he tailors the exercises to meet the goals/needs of all those participating. Shane strives to ensure everyone has the correct technique for all exercises, protecting our bodies and engaging the correct muscle groups. A great bunch of friendly ladies to workout with 🙂 I’m hooked and can’t wait for the next 6-week block!
I have suffered from an ongoing back injury and was very apprehensive about getting involved in a boot camp. Three weeks in and Shane has been amazing in ensuring that I have done the right exercise and managed my back so I am nearly at the point where I can do everything without back pain!
I would definitely highly recommend Shane’s Bodyfit camp. Love the workouts & met some great new friends too.
Love body fit. Fun, friendly and encouraging to do the best you can do. Lots of classes to choose from including during school time which is perfect for me. You forget how nice it is to train with others and then you do it and the energy you get off everyone is awesome.
Had a great time during my first Bootcamp sessions in NZ. Love how everybody works at his/her own capabilities and you still feel as if you are training as a group. Shane really makes you feel at ease and knows what he’s doing. Looking forward to my next sessions!
Shane deserves more than 5 Stars!! I would highly recommend as a personal trainer! He has excellent knowledge, understanding, experience, and great and fun to work with.
After starting out with zero experience and no fitness level, it was very difficult for me to know where to begin. Shane made me feel very comfortable and supported me through each session. He ensures that my technique is always correct and keeps the session’s fun and interesting. He knows when to ramp it up, or work to my energy level on the day.
I have been working with Shane for a few months and have seen continuous improvements in health, fitness and overall strength.
